This 8-plex features all 2 bedrooms, 1 bath units, each with a private deck or patio. Each unit includes stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, an individual storage closet, and off-street parking. Units are heated and cooled by mini-splits.

The central location is convenient for access to shopping, parks, medical services, and restaurants. The Good Food Store is blocks away, and access to Missoulas trail system is just down the street for easy biking and walking. The apartments are also situated along the Mountain Line Bus routes.

Your small mature dog or cat may be considered on approval with additional deposit and pet rent.

There is a $50 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older.

A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. A one time non refundable administrative fee of $50 will be due with first months pro rated rent.

Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property on the available date. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 3 days of the expected availability date.

Pet policy: Pets: Small Pets (under 25 lbs). Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $400 refundable deposit, $45 pet rent, and $25 application fee. Breed Restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service animals or Emotional Support Animals.
