There is a $250 Move-in fee and a $500 refundable move in deposit. There is a $75 processing fee for move-in. Sunday and holiday move-ins require an additional $250 fee. Dogs are not allowed at this building. The lease start date should be at least 24 hours after lease signing. No same-day move-ins.
