The large living room has vaulted ceilings that lead into the dining area and walk-through kitchen. The large windows allow plenty of natural light! The primary bedroom has a large walk-in closet and an attached primary bath. Other two bedrooms are also large and the floorplan offers split bedrooms.

There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older.

Pet Policy: Pets will be approved on a case by case basis and a pet screening will be completed prior to move in, breed restrictions apply. Fees: $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 monthly pet rent per pet. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.

A refundable security deposit will be due within 48 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.

A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. $450 of the security deposit will be a non-refundable charge, and withheld, at the end of the lease for floor cleaning.

Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 4 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 4 days of the expected availability date.
