There is a dock with a ladder and landing, perfect for the avid fisherman or kayaking, paddle boarding or just watching the abundance of marine life including Birds, Dolphins and Manatees. The large open waterfront patio is a great place to hang out, it even has a motorized retractable awning for those hot sunny days. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It comes fully furnished and equipped. Even bikes, beach chairs and a gas BBQ grill. There is terrazzo and tile throughout with no carpet in the house. A washer and dryer is onsite for your convenience. The large waterfront great room includes a nice desk with a beautiful view for those who continue to work while on vacation. The Master en-suite has a queen bed, the middle room has twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen size murphy bed and retractable desk.
