We specialize in Portland's east side including Gresham, Troudale, Fairview and Wood Village as well as Corbett, Sandy, Boring, Damascus, Clackamas, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, Oak Grove and Gladstone. Other services available include our professional tenant locating service for finding and placing qualified residents and stand alone tenant screening for criminal history, eviction history, credit, current and previous rental / home ownership verification and income source verification.
