Foothills Properties was founded in 1985 and has continued to grow, incorporating unfurnished single family, townhome and condo properties, as well as furnished vacation and corporate housing rentals. Foothills has been one of the leaders in property management, founding the local NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) Chapter as well as the TAR (Tucson Association of REALTORS) Property Management Committee.
