Our History Cal West Asset Management has been in business for almost 40 years.For many of those years we were centrally located in the heart of Willow Glen until our office moved in March of 2013. Our new location is across from Oak-ridge Mall on Winfield Blvd. Cal West specializes in homes, apartments, condominiums and multi-unit dwellings. In 2013 Cal West and H.M.S Property Management joined forces. H.M.S Property Management specialized in the management of single family homes, 2-16 unit residential investment and mixed residential/commercial properties in Santa Clara County. Since starting business in 1967, H.M.S. emerged as one of the largest property management firms in the Bay Area. Their motto, "Serving with Responsibility, Caring for Your Needs" was the driving force behind their personal approach to property management. Today we operate as one company combining the experience and professionalism of the two organizations. Our motto, "Stronger Together", reminds us to keep working to provide a better property management experience for our clients and tenants. Credentials and Affiliations We are proud to be licensed with the California Bureau of Real Estate as required by the state of California. Cal West and H.M.S Property Management only employees licensed Real Estate agents to manage your properties. We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and we are quite active with our local chapter. Our excellent reputation for professionalism and integrity continues to be earned day by day.
